Day 1

Airport Negombo

Leave the office and set off to Beach hotel at Negombo to relax and recover from any jet lag with a truly traditional Ayurvedic treatment at the Ayurveda centre and will do the Negombo City Tour. Relax on the golden sandy beach in the evening.

Day 2

Negombo Kandy via Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage

After breakfast leave the coastal town behind and head to the cultural triangle. En route break the journey at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage the world's biggest herd of domestic elephants about 90 in all ages including baby elephants and this is a very exciting site for tourists. This has been existed since 1975 and primarily designed to afford protection to the many baby elephants found in the jungle without their mothers. You can see the bottle feeding for baby elephants and elephant bath in the “Maa oya” river.

After that you will proceed to Kandy the capital of hill country and the last kingdom of Sri Lanka. In the evening you will reach the hotel in Kandy and relax yourself before you go to watch Cultural and Traditional Dance Performance which is very exciting event performed by traditional drummers and dancers in Kandy. This will start in the evening and last for more than 1 hour. The skills of dancing and beating drums of these musicians are very much entertaining. There are about 7 items in this show and out of them snake dance and fire show make a change. The fire show makes the Europeans surprise as they wouldn't have seen anything in this nature in their life time as the artists eat and rub fire on their body.

After the dance performance watch evening beauty over the Kandy Lake, Temple of tooth relic and surrounding areas of the city and then go to the hotel.

Day 3

Kandy City Tour Royal Botanical Garden- Peradeniyaa

After breakfast you will do Kandy City Tour and Visit Dalada Maligawa - Temple of Tooth Relic and get blessings, Museum, Kandy Lake and Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya which is the largest Botanical Garden where you will experience exciting landscape and so many varieties of plants and flowers.

Day 4

Kandy Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast you will proceed to Nuwara Eliya – famous as "Little England" through the Ramboda pass surrounded by "Green Carpets"- hill covered with tea and beautiful waterfalls. En route visit a Tea Factory and Tea Plantation to witness the manufacturing process of world famous "Ceylon Tea" and to taste a pure cup of factory fresh tea. Visit “Hanuman Temple" on the way to Nuwara Eliya.

In the evening free walk/tour around the city and visit Victoria Park , Gregory Lake, Golf Course and Market etc.
Nature lovers could make a visit the Lovers Leap Water Falls just outside the city which will involve a little bit of hiking for 1 hour both ways.

Day 5

Nuwara Eliya Horton Plains Hakgala Gardens Nuwara Eliya

After early breakfast leave for Horton Plains National Park and Worlds End is a beautiful, silent, strange world with some excellent hikes in the shadow of Sri Lanka’s second and third highest mountains. This is the only national park situated in the hill country 200 km away from Colombo where visitors can walk on their own. Panoramic scenic beauty of hill country could be witnessed with in the park. The walk to the famous “World’s End is 4 km, but trial loop back to Bakers Falls 2 km and continues back to entrance 3.5 km. The round trip is 9.5 km and takes leisurely three hours. This would be a very exciting and wonderful time for you.

On your way back visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens where you can see beautiful flower and different types of flora with magnificent landscaping.

Day 6

Nuwara Eliya Udawalawa Galle

After early breakfast proceed to Galle. En route to make a change of scenery, engage in an adventurous safari ride in the Udawalawa National Park where you can see elephants, leopards, Samba deer, different kind of Monkeys and other wild animals. Udawalawa Reservoir inside the park creates picturesque seen and adds colour to the park. Udawalawa is important habitat for large water birds, other birds and amphibious animals.

Also visit the Elephant Transit Home- where stranded baby elephants are being looked after with the objective of sending them back in to the jungle – as an effort for conservation. In the evening leave for At Galle.

Day 7

Galle City Tour

After Breakfast do sightseeing and visit Dutch Fort. Galle is the best example of a fortified city built by Europeans in south and Southeast Asia, showing the interaction between European architectural styles and south Asian traditions. The Galle fort is a UNESCO world heritage site and the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers. Other prominent landmarks in Galle include the Natural harbour, the National Maritime Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral founded by Jesuit priests, one of the main Shiva temples in the island, and Amangalla the historic luxury hotel.

Day 8

Galle Hikkaduwa

After Breakfast proceed to Hikkaduwa where you can visit Hikkaduwa National Maritime Park, Coral Gardens and beautiful beaches.

After lunch you will proceed to Colombo the biggest city in Sri Lanka and reach Colombo in the evening.
